A Clinical Systems & Supply Associate is required to join a leading global pharmaceutical business based in Cork. The Role;
Decentralized Trials Operations Support
- Provide operational support for Mobile Research Unit (MRU) deployments
- Monitor temperatures on MRU and manage the temp excursion process
- Perform inventory management
- Ensure binders are updated with new training materials as needed
- Continually seek and implement means of improving processes to reduce cycle time and decrease work effort
Decentralized Trials Implementation (DCT) Support
- Provide operational support for DCT services and service providers
- Create, update and monitor daily reporting for site, patient and visit progression
- Analyze and oversee system reporting
- Manage daily issues, track trends, collaborate on solutions and oversee resolutions for implementation
- Ensure information management including training, communication, and documentation are kept up to date at all times
- Continually seek and implement means of improving processes to reduce cycle time and decrease work effort
Project Management
- Compile data for metrics/dashboards related to operation and implementation
- Resolve operational issues that arise and apply shared learnings across functions and to external partners
- Create best practices to be shared cross functionally
- Create training materials and job aides for area of focus
Partnership
- Partner and/or strengthen relationships between key providers and customers
- Partner with vendors to facilitate a good customer experience
- Actively participate in shared learnings across the team
The Person;
- Degree in Medical, Pharma, Clinical, Nursing or similar desired
- 2+ years of Clinical Research experience or 2+ years of supply chain experience gained within the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Strong Project Management
- Vendor relationship management skills
- Proficiency in English language
